1.Ensure that appropriate clothing is worn to all training sessions. This includes covered shoes and clothing/hats for sun protection, and water. 2.Sun screen is available in the club house should you need it. 3.When ever possible, our club Coaches and Sweeps will endeavour to have normal training sessions on the water. 4.On the odd times that on water training is deemed to be unsafe, then a land based aerobic session will take place. Please always be prepared, and have a towel and comfortable exercise shoes with you in case of any changes to the training session. 5.In times of flood or, there is a risk of injury to be at, or travelling to/from the clubhouse, our Flood Co Ordinator will notify all Club Members by email/text message as soon as possible, that all training sessions will be cancelled. All Club Members will be updated on the situation, and notified when to return to training.

Tuesday: 5.30am - OTW 6amName cut off at 6pm Monday afternoon
Wednesday: 4:30pm - OTW 5pm Name cut off 6pm Tuesday afternoon.
Friday: 5.30am - OTW 6amName cut off at 6pm Thursday afternoon
Saturday:
Technique Session 6.30am - OTW 7.00am to 7.30am (contact Head Coach for availability)
Regular Session 7am - OTW 7.30am to 8.30am Name cut off at 6pm Friday afternoon.
“Learn2Paddle Programe” is offered varied times during the year held on a Saturday morning.
